Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working daily to manage and support Publishers, partners integrating Viximo's virtual goods solutions
  • Design integrations, coordinate implementations, monitor key metrics, provide partner support, contribute to product direction
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Product Management, Engineering, and Operations to maximize customer success

Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical account management or professional services for web based solutions.
  • Experience in client management, excellent communication with both business and technical contacts.
  • Experience in product design, planning, execution, and support.
  • Technical knowledge of web technologies, mashups, widgets, scripting, and web services.

This is a full-time position, on-site at our offices in Cambridge, MA.

Senior System Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working daily in a multi-server Linux environment built on Amazon's Web Services.
  • Design, implement, operate, and monitor the high scale, high uptime environment.
  • Coordinate product updates and provide ongoing systems support.

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience administering a Linux server cloud, preferably Amazon EC2.
  • Extensive knowledge of Linux, networking, scripting, and system monitoring.
  • Knowledge of Apache, Passenger, MySQL and Memcached.

Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • You will be working daily in Ruby on Rails with a fair bit of Javascript and SQL for good measure.
  • Design and implement extremely high-volume, fault-tolerant, scalable server systems.

Qualifications:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience developing scalable solutions with Ruby, Python, or PHP.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Knowledge developing and debugging on Unix/Linux systems.
