Game Insight is a Russian-based social gaming company that has a reputation for building communities of robust users who often stay engaged with their games far longer than the industry average. Each of their apps is layered with highly refined graphics, complex game play, and compelling purchase incentives that result in a thoroughly extensive gaming experience. When Game Insight was looking to expand their market reach beyond Facebook, they chose to distribute through Viximo rather than divert resources from their core competency. Doing so allowed them stay focused on creating highly sophisticated gameplay while simultaneously adapting their games to a variety of social networks with drastically different development platforms.
THE PROCESS
Game Insight chose to pilot their relationship with Viximo using one of their most popular games - Resort World, a game that combines business development savvy within a city building environment. The game had found immediate appeal on Facebook thanks to its idyllic content and satisfying development tools. Upon launching on the Viximo network, Resort World gained an additional 1.7 million installs within the first 3 months; on some sites, the game has converted free users to paying users at a rate of 4%, much higher than the industry average.
THE REWARDS
Following up on the success of Resort World, Game Insight was eager to launch more titles onto the Viximo network. Since they had already integrated with the Viximo proprietary distribution platform, launching new games was incredibly easy, each taking only 1-2 days. Today, Game Insight has a number of titles distributed throughout the Viximo network, with several consistently ranking among the top performers in terms of both DAUs and monetization.
