Q:

I’m having trouble getting a game to load. Help!!

A:

First, check our operational status on Twitter to see if we have any system-wide outages: http://status.viximo.com. If all appears good and you are still having trouble with a game not loading, there are several things to try:

- Refresh the Web page 

- Restart your browser and ensure that all windows are closed

- Restart your computer

- Update your flash player to the latest version

- Make sure your browser is updated

- Try another browser (we support Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Chrome)

- See if you have a firewall on your computer that would prevent the game from loading

- Clear your browser cookies and cache

- Try loading the game from a different computer

If you still have trouble loading the game from a different computer please file a help ticket or email us at support@viximo.com with exactly what you were doing in the game before you started having this problem. 

Q:

How do I see a history of my purchases made with Viximo?

A:

To see a full history of your transactions, click on the Help button in the upper-left corner of our games. There is a Transaction History tab within the help dialog that lists each transaction you’ve made with Viximo games on that site.

Q:

Why do I have to purchase site credits in order to buy items within your games?

A:

Many social games have their own internal “currency” which is used to purchase items within a game. This currency is earned through actions taken within the game. Most games also offer premium items such as speed-ups or special decorations that can only be purchased using a premium currency, similar to Facebook Credits. Our platform allows you to buy such credits that can be used across any games that use our payment system.

Q:

I see “Viximo” on my credit card statement but I don’t remember buying anything from you. What is that about?

A:

We provide a platform that powers games on several social networks. If you made a purchase in one of these games, you will see Viximo and the name of the social network on your credit card statement. If you think this was made in error, feel free to contact us at support@viximo.com and we’ll try our best to resolve the issue.
